The TYPO3 User eXperience Week Agenda

Arrivals are expected until 1pm. You will have the chance to check into your room in the castle before the welcome meeting will take place in the conference room.

After setting up the teams and picking the first tasks, the first day will end with a kick-off party in the castle lobby.

After breakfast there will be a daily meeting in the morning for scheduling and planning of the daily tasks.

All teams start working now on their tasks.
The team manangers will have a second meeting in the afternoon to report the progress of their teams.

Free time for everybody in the evenings.

All the results of this week will be presented in the final summary meeting. Each team will enter the stage and present it's work so that all participants get the idea of what already has been finished and what still needs to be done.

The presentation will be broadcast in a podcast.
